WINCONFIG.COM is a free, client-side tool for building autounattend.xml answer files for Windows 11 Setup. Target 24H2, 25H2, or 26H2, choose editions, locales, disk layout, local accounts, OOBE skips, privacy policies, debloat packages, Start and taskbar pins, Start folders next to Power, desktop icons, and system tweaks such as Smart App Control, Defender, UAC, Edge, and Remote Desktop.
Generation runs entirely in your browser. The answer file is never uploaded. Import an existing autounattend.xml to restore settings, or start from Recommended, Advanced, or All-out warfare presets. Place the downloaded file at the root of your Windows 11 install media and boot Setup.
